Currently, we are looking for a new team member for the position of a Trainee Recruiting Specialist. Thanks to the work of this department, more and more people receive an opportunity to start their careers in IT together with Andersen.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting initial assessments of trainee candidates (general interviews) via Skype.
  • Organizing tech interviews with mentors.
  • Maintaining our candidate database and working with internal systems.
  • Providing feedback to candidates.

Must-haves:

  • University degree;
  • Competent verbal and written speech.
  • Administrative and analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing conditions.
  • Ability to multitask, stress resistance and responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, tactfulness, and openness.
  • Ability to work with objections.
  • Experience with Google Docs.
  • Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Knowledge of other foreign languages.
