We are currently looking for CEO for our new crypto product to join our team, whose main task is to develop our product on Kyrgyzstan market. What is to be done: - Development and implementation of the company's development strategy, including identifying areas of activity, analyzing the market and competitors.
- Attracting investments and partners for the implementation of company projects.
- Ensuring effective management of company resources and monitoring their use.
- Risk management and ensuring the security of company client data.
- Development of corporate culture and formation of a team of professionals.
- Representation of the company’s interests in the external environment, interaction with government agencies and partners.
- Participation in the development and implementation of new products and services of the company.
- Quality control of the services provided by the company.
- Analysis of the company's performance results and development of measures to improve performance.
Our expectations from the candidate:- 3+ years of experience in Crypto industry.
- 3+ years of experience in management positions.
- Deep knowledge of finance, technology and legislation.
- Strategic planning and analysis skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills.
- English is not lower than Intermediate.
- Russian is not lower than Upper-Intermediate (an additional foreign language will be an advantage).
