Requirements: - Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both English and Russian language (C2 level or native) with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to new information and varying customer demands.
- Research Skills: Skilled in navigating and sourcing information effectively to resolve customer issues.
- Procedural Compliance: Must be able to follow detailed procedures and protocols to ensure consistency in customer interactions.

Work Hours: - This position requires working hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, Mountain Time.

- Payment: Candidates must be able to receive international payments. Preferred payment methods are Payoneer or any bank card issued outside of Russia and Belarus.
