The Content Marketing Project Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our content marketing department. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent project management skills, capable of handling cross-functional collaboration and supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in budget management, task coordination, and social media account management.

• Oversee and manage the content marketing department’s budget.
• Track expenses and ensure all financial activities align with the budget.

• Prepare budget reports and provide insights for optimization.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Create and coordinate tasks for contract, legal, and procurement departments.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between various teams.

• Ensure timely completion and delivery of tasks.

• Management of Cross-Functional Requests:

• Create, assign, and control tasks for different teams.
• Distribute tasks efficiently and monitor progress.

• Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and meet quality standards.

• Support for Content Marketing Producers:

• Assist in the creation of presentations, reports, and other materials for the team.
• Provide operational support to ensure smooth execution of content marketing projects.
• Coordinate with producers to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.

• Support for Local Content Team Leads:

• Address operational questions and provide solutions.
• Assist local content team leads in managing their operational needs.
• Facilitate communication between local teams and central operations.

• Social Media Account Management:

• Create and register new social media accounts as needed.
• Maintain an organized record of all social media accounts and their credentials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in a content marketing environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
• Familiarity with budget management and financial tracking.
• Understanding of social media platforms and account management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• English: B2-C1
