We're looking for a dedicated professional to lead our ESG and impact-related governance processes. With a comprehensive understanding of sustainability, EU & US regulatory compliance, this role will help integrate ESG principles into business strategy, foster stakeholder engagement, and drive measurable positive impact in alignment with inDrive’s mission and values. Responsibilities: -
Drive the company’s approach to ESG and impact-related measurement, evaluation, goal setting, and reporting to demonstrate the impact of our business -
Support the execution of our long-term sustainability strategy, including action plan development, communications across HQ employees and regions, assessing progress and achieving the 2030 global goals -
Lead the development of the public disclosure strategy, including the preparation of the annual sustainability report and associated materials, and coordinate the integration of non-financial metrics into other internal reporting systems -
Coordinate and help lead cross-functional ESG governance and serve as a trusted partner to internal teams to deliver results and promote collaboration to drive positive impact on activities related to different ESG and impact-related topics -
Conduct internal non-financial reporting audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards -
Support the integration of ESG risks into enterprise risk management for current and future regulatory compliance obligations -
Lead the integration of impact-related governance processes into the Corporate Governance structure -
Facilitate the decision-making process on impact-related matters, providing strategic guidance to executive leadership (including Committee, internal managerial reporting, etc.) Requirements: - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sustainability, or related field

Relevant work experience 3+ years in ESG or Corporate Sustainability roles in large companies and/or BIG4 consulting -
Proven track record of developing and implementing impactful ESG strategies, reporting and disclosure in regulated environments, non-financial data management, audit -
Experience in strategic planning, corporate governance frameworks and their application within large organizations, cross-functional communication, including C-level -
Knowledge or experience with non-financial reporting and ESG standards and reporting frameworks and ratings, including IFRS, ESRS, GRI, SASB, CDP, Sustainalytics, and S&P -
ESG data management skills (collection, tracking, analysis) as an advantage -
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills -
Change management skills to lead and support organizational transformation initiatives -
