• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified truck drivers.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Facilitate the hiring process, including background checks and documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Track and report on key recruitment metrics and analyze data to improve hiring processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Performing other administrative duties such as answering the telephone line etc.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment within the trucking industry.

• Knowledge of DOT regulations and requirements for truck drivers (preferred).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• High level of integrity and professionalism.

• The schedule is from Monday to Saturday
