What Is The Opportunity:

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, playing a crucial role in hiring, onboarding, and supporting HR projects. What You Will Be Doing:

• Organize and manage recruitment process from start to finish, including finding, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various roles.
• Use multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find and attract top candidates.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Create and implement an exceptional onboarding experience for new hires. Ensure they feel welcomed, supported, and ready to thrive from day one.
• Support various HR projects that align with our strategic goals.
• Be a reliable point of contact for employees, providing guidance and support to ensure a positive and productive work environment.

To Join Our Team:

• Proven experience as a Human Resource Specialist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Prior experience of recruiting in the European, American and/or Canadian markets.
• Experience with HR software and tools.
• English C1-C2.
