Account and Content Manager (with Sales skills)

Who we are:

We are an international company offering a long-term and exciting opportunity as an Account and Content Manager. We run a Tier 1 aggregation platform that provides entertainment-related content, such as live streaming events, virtual sports, digital games, and table games. Our main clients are licensed and certified entertainment platforms and leading platforms in the gaming industry.

Our team members work remotely from the comfort of their homes and enjoy a flexible work schedule whenever possible. We are looking for a team member with a high level of initiative to contribute to the project and establish brand recognition and awareness.

Our ideal candidate should have account management experience, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of digital games.

What you’ll be doing:

- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients (platforms) and partners (content providers)
- Assist clients and partners through email, online presentations, screen-sharing, and Skype
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional service on a day-to-day basis
- Monitor and analyze ongoing processes, forecast and track key account metrics
- Work with the Sales team to onboard and integrate new clients and develop existing client relationships
- Liaise between clients and internal teams

Who you are and whom we’re seeking:

- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Adept at both independent and teamwork
- Familiarity with digital games to some extent
- Preferably, experience as an account manager, sales representative, or business development manager in a gaming or tech company.

This role requires passing three levels of pre-trial, each with various challenging tasks to assess competency. The pre-trial is paid.
