We are looking for an exceptional Team Lead of Analytics with a strong B2C background who can apply his/her extensive knowledge and experience to help grow our business. The Team Lead of Analytics spearheads our team of product, sales, and financial analysts. Their primary goal is to attract top talent, foster the growth and development of each team member, and champion a data-driven approach throughout the organization. - Formulate and implement data strategies that promote self-service and efficiency.
- Engage with various departments, understand their analytical needs, and provide appropriate support.
- Work closely with product teams, deriving meaningful insights that inform product strategy.
- Handle team priorities, set clear goals, distribute workload effectively, and manage stakeholder communication seamlessly.

- A minimum of 5 years in analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in BI analytics, event-based analytics, and A/B-testing techniques. Demonstrated expertise in analytics tools such as SQL, Python, as well as data visualization tools including Tableau, PowerBI, and Metabase.
- Proven track record of successfully working with various departments, catering to their analytical needs.
- Demonstrates confidence in their domain knowledge and decision-making abilities.
- Convey ideas, structure material, and present findings in a clear and understandable manner to all stakeholders.
