We are looking for a Marketing Graphik Designer colleague to join our team, which currently works around the world. We are for complete freedom in making decisions and implementing one's ideas.
We are a fast growing UK gaming company with 10+ major well-known B2C (gaming) brands. Our company was founded in 2020 by a group of talented top managers and now we have more than 1000 people. Skills: - 3+ years of experience in the field of creative or graphic design;
- Experience with AI tools (eg HeyGen, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT, Midijourney, DALL-E) for content generation and process optimization;
- Experience working with design teams;
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator);
- Experience working with Figma;
- Basic knowledge in the field of motion design;
- Responsibility for transfer of materials to TK;
- Understanding of marketing strategies and analytics.
Duties: - Creation of original and effective concepts for marketing campaigns aimed at increasing engagement and conversion in the iGaming sector;
- Development of high-quality visual materials, including graphics, videos and animations for use in various marketing channels (social networks, e-mail, websites);
- Cooperation with the marketing team;
- Adaptation and optimization of creatives for different platforms and target audiences;
- Regular analysis of creatives based on key metrics (CTR, CR);
- Work with internal and outsourced teams.
