Who You Are:

Are you a recent graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion and interest in growing a career in digital marketing, marketing analytics, or web analytics? Are you a problem solver, data-driven, highly technical, and eager to learn? If so, you may be an excellent fit for our upcoming Fall 2024 DELVE Internship Program in Minsk, Belarus!

As a DELVE Intern, you'll have the opportunity to "delve" into the world of Marketing & Web Analytics. This internship will last approximately 12 weeks (October through December) with the potential to move to a full-time role thereafter. The ideal candidate will be extremely driven to learn, grow their career in digital marketing, and remain a valuable member of the DELVE team!

What we're looking for:

• Recent college graduate (2023/2024)
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a critical thinker
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently on projects
• Ability to work under pressure and under time sensitive deadlines
• Basic experience with analytical and statistical software/tools

• Basic experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Studio

• Basic understanding of cloud computing platform (GCP, AWS, Azure)

• Ability to perform in depth research and analysis

What you need:

• Completion of three years of study in pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, economics, math or statistics
• Proven track record of successfully completing data science projects

• Compensation: $585 (gross)
• 3 months mandate contract

• Hybrid Working Model: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays in office with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays
