Job Description: Recruitment Supervisor

As a Recruitment Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Vacancy Management: Allocate and manage vacancy requests within the recruitment project team.
  • Recruiting Team Support: Assist recruiters with challenging communications and issue resolution as needed.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the full selection process for Manager and Director-level roles, including search mapping, headhunting, candidate assessment, and selection. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Collaborating with Business Units: Work closely with business leaders to understand their objectives, prioritize sourcing strategies, and build pipelines to meet future needs.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to Hiring Managers and Partners. Oversee the preparation of all necessary documentation throughout the recruitment process.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain effective working relationships with recruitment services providers.

You're the perfect match for this role if you:

  • Hold a University Degree.
  • Possess relevant experience: 3-5 years of recruitment experience, ideally with an international company or recruitment agency, including experience in both volume campaigns and unique roles.
  • Act as an expert advisor with a deep understanding of business needs and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrate excellent interviewing skills, strong expertise in search resources and research tools, and effective, persuasive communication abilities.
  • Bring a mature personality to the role and the team.
  • Value data integrity, timely and accurate reporting, and use these insights to enhance process efficiency.
  • Show a proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
