Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for HR processes:
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including contract preparation and documentation, across different locations;
• Assist with HR tasks within our Bitrix24 system;
• Take ownership and lead projects related to internal communication, training & development, employer branding, and corporate events;
• Collaborate with the HR Director in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;
• Perform other HR tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) - C1 level required;
• Systems thinking, attention to details and ability to work independently;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in HR or as a business assistant.
