Responsibilities: - Responsible for customer support & spare parts delivery for Uzbek operators, implementing process management requirements, achieving KPI targets, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for customer support & spare parts business process standard promotion and training, organize standard inspections and promote problem rectification.
- Responsible for tracking, promoting and closed-loop resolution of major customer support & spare parts issues.
Requirements: - Bachelor Degree Technical education (telecommunication/IT preferable);
- Excel, Power Point, Word, Computer Exelent knowledge;
- Having network basic knowledge;
- English and Russian well speaking languages;
(Uzbek language is preferable) - Attentiveness and the ability to work with a large amount of information.
