You will…

Quality Control Standards and Processes:

- Develop and implement quality control standards and processes for voice robots in over 10 languages.

- Lead and manage the testing and validation of voice robots experiments

- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and safety standards in all operations.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Report weekly on the performance of voice robots, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Provide daily overviews of key sales metrics (not limited to robots) with actionable conclusions.

- Conduct ad hoc deep dive analyses of abnormalities in sales metrics.

Collaboration and Integration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and IT, to ensure integration and alignment of quality standards.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in sales automation and quality control.

Optimization and Growth:

- Identify growth and optimization opportunities based on collected data.

- Develop and test attribution models using proprietary and third-party tools.

- Improve the accuracy and outcomes of budget distribution strategies.

• Create automated rules and alerts to ensure safe marketing operations.

You have…

- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.

- Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in voice recognition.

- Knowledge of SQL and other database management tools.

- Experience in developing and implementing quality assurance processes.

- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
