We are glad to invite candidates to consider our vibrant vacancy of Tax Specialist (outsource), which requires creativity and analytical thinking to address real business challenges. Responsibilities: Creation of SNT, through the IS ESF portal, for purchased imported goods from the EAEU member countries, as well as from non EAEU countries. Checking, confirming, rejecting issued SNT for imported goods, incoming SNT from local suppliers. - Interaction with suppliers of goods.
- Reconciling the readings of control and measuring devices (CMD) in production with the volume of products transferred to the finished goods warehouse.
- Reconciling the balances of inventory items in the Virtual Warehouse and SAP.
- Working on projects related to the IS ESF portal.
- Working with Virtual Warehouses in IS ESF (movement, detailing, etc.).
- Checking FNO 328.00, comparing with SNT for import.
- Communication with suppliers of goods regarding the provision of documents necessary for the creation of SNT.
Collaboration with accounting and supply chain departments to assure the correctness of overall compliance. Performing tasks related to the functionality of the department and working on projects of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Requirements: - Education: Higher (economics/finance/taxes/logistics)
- Requirements: above average knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of the EFS IS, ability to work in multitasking mode, knowledge of SAP and the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan is welcome.
