This role is a part of Compliance Department.

In this role you will report to the Compliance Officer and work in a collaboration with IT Security and IT Development teams to ensure all relevant IT industry regulations are met.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement ICT compliance policies, standards, and procedures, regularly review and update policies

- Ensure the organization’s ICT systems comply with relevant laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, DORA, etc)

- Identify and assess ICT compliance risks. Develop risk mitigation strategies and monitor their implementation

- Educate employees on ICT compliance requirements and policies

- Report on the status of ICT compliance to senior management and regulatory bodies

- Investigate ICT compliance breaches and security incidents

- Assess and manage compliance of third-party vendors

- Maintain comprehensive records of ICT compliance activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP) are preferred

• Proven experience in IT compliance, IT audit, or related roles
• Familiarity with financial and IT industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong understanding of ICT systems, security protocols, and data protection laws.
