We are looking for a Middle to Senior UI/UX Designer with experience in enterprise UX, specifically to create a design system.

Project Description

Our client is a well-established B2B company specializing in background checks and compliance verifications within the United States. We are creating a technological platform designed to manage the company’s business operations. This is a cloud-first, multi-system solution with numerous integrations with third-party systems needed to collect and exchange data for checks and verifications. This is a greenfield development - we are designing and developing this platform from the ground up, using the existing systems the customer has in place as a source of knowledge about their business and domain specifics.

Critical parts of the product are user interfaces in the following initiatives:

• Interfaces for the customers (b2b) to interact with the platform in the most seamless way: create orders, know their status, get the reports etc
• Interfaces for the applicants/candidates (b2c) where they can share their personal data for background checks, get the results etc
• Interfaces for the customer's teams who run the business
• Responsive UI for phones and tablets

Responsibilities

• To create a design system for enterprise platform
• To communicate directly with the customer in English
• To communicate with the dev team directly and create output that they will use for coding

Requirements

• Solid experience in UX
• English B2 and readiness to talk to the US customer directly
• Enterprise UX projects in Portfolio
