HYPERVSN Design Lab is seeking an Art Director to lead our creative team of 3D motion designers. HYPERVSN is a pioneering technology company behind the innovative and disruptive 3D holographic solution that has redefined the concept of visual storytelling. With 25% of Fortune 100 companies as our clients, our portfolio features works created for top brands such as Henkel, Audi, Lacoste, Oral-B, Mattel, Coca-Cola, and many others.

What you will do:

• Lead and inspire the creative team, setting high standards for production, productivity, and quality of 3D visuals.
• Collaborate closely with motion designers on developing concepts and experimenting with new techniques.
• Oversee the art department by hiring, training, and mentoring team members.
• Create 3D content for trade shows and high-profile brands.

Requirements:

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and champion creative ideas and concepts.
• Proven experience working in Cinema4D (3D modeling, animation).
• Solid knowledge of Redshift/Octane render (materials, lighting).
• Proficiency in Adobe AE (including Ps, AI, Encoder).
• A passion for innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of what is possible with immersive technologies.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Previous experience as a Team Lead/Art Director, including direct communication with end users.
