This role is a part of Financial Department, Payment Operations team. The team is responsible for the smooth payments processing..

In this role you will report to the CFO and:
- Lead payment operations team
- Ensure smooth operation of the workflow
- Establish smart metrics of process efficiency and constantly monitor it
- Set team performance metrics and team development goals
- Analyze data and generate regular reports to track the department performance and process efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments
- Handle escalatedissues and ensure timely resolutions
- Ensure 100% compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- Managerial experience of payment operations or customer support teams

- Good knowledge of fintech industry

- Upper-Intermediate English, written and verbal

- Excellent organizational skills
