Responsibilities: - Coordinates commercial management of accounts or projects, commercial interface with top managers, coordination of commercial action;
- Implements commercial strategy as defined by country chief executive and related business line manager;
- Ensures overall quality of all client processes (leads, renewal contracts, claims);
- Ensures implementation of all sales related activities (action plans, workshops);
- Elaborates yearly sales objectives and cascades on sales teams;
- Coordinates commercial back office and performs supervision by commercial back office team, appointments, documents for quotation /contracts, commercial information;
- Manages the sales force team, training of the sales staff, defining the sales objectives, incentives policy and sales back office organization;
- Manages people, commercial job assignments and delegates per sales executives; Ensures regional and product development;
- Ensures proper sales administration;
- Defines of KPI’s for sales and marketing executives;
- Allocates of clients portfolio for customer service;
- Market studies: gathers and analyses commercial information, recommendations to Operations Managers.
Education: university degree in engineering or business administration. Experience: - 7+ years of sales & marketing experience gained in any commercial area involving contact with customers, negotiating.
- 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in sales, marketing.
- Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
Required competencies: - Strong leadership skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- English – fluent.
