About Us: Our team develops a unique, advanced technology for collecting and processing information about portraits and preferences of visitors to internet resources. Our smart algorithms allow you to get the most relevant and useful information. The entire business logic and technical implementation of the platform from the appearance of an idea , its analysis and design to development, maintenance and scaling is created by a highly qualified in-house team.

Location: Yerevan

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-level customer service via phone, email, and chat.

  • Responding to customer inquiries, assisting with problem-solving, and resolving conflicts.

  • Processing orders, returns, and complaints.

  • Providing information about company products, services, and promotions.

  • Collaborating with other departments to effectively address customer issues.

  • Participating in report preparation and analysis of customer feedback for continuous service improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

  • Resilience and ability to work effectively under pressure.

  • Multitasking abilities and willingness to perform various tasks.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.

  • Trainability and willingness to learn new skills and procedures.

  • Desire to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Previous experience working directly with clients, whether in customer service roles, receptionist positions, or similar, will be an advantage.

  • Higher education in a relevant field will also be beneficial.

  • Knowledge of the AdTech market will also be a plus.

  • Being available to relocate to St. Petersburg for a period of 2-3 months for in-person learning
