Job Duties:
Build and Cultivate Client Relationships: Utilize social networks and a variety of outreach methods, including ZoomInfo, outbound and inbound calls (both cold and warm), to identify and engage potential clients. You'll play a key role in growing our client base by connecting with prospects and turning them into long-term partners.
Engage with Clients Daily: Maintain consistent communication with customers through various channels, including Skype, email, and phone. You'll provide expert advice on our products and services, ensure customer inquiries are addressed by the appropriate team members, and oversee the timely execution of their requests.
Manage and Update CRM Data: Regularly update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in HubSpot. Ensure the CRM is always up-to-date with the latest information to facilitate smooth sales processes and effective communication.
Track and Monitor Sales Pipeline: Use HubSpot to track the progress of leads through the sales pipeline. Monitor key metrics such as lead status, deal stages, and closing probabilities to keep the sales process on track and identify any potential bottlenecks.
Represent the Company on the Global Stage: Take the lead in representing our company at international summits and conferences. You'll have the opportunity to network with industry leaders, share insights, and position our company as a top player in the market.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Higher Education: A completed degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred, though we also welcome final-year students who are on the path to completing their studies.
Language Proficiency: English - Advanced Level or Higher: Proficiency in English is essential as you will be interacting with international clients, drafting reports, and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. Advanced English skills will ensure that you can communicate effectively across various platforms, whether it's written communication, presentations, or verbal discussions.
Technical Skills: MS Office Suite – Proficient User: You should be comfortable using the MS Office Suite, especially Excel. This includes handling spreadsheets, using basic formulas, and creating reports to help organize and analyze data.
Experience with CRM Tools (e.g., HubSpot): Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus. These tools will help you manage and track sales activities more effectively.

Working Conditions:
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 14:00 to 23:00, with flexibility to accommodate your needs while aligning with our operational requirements.
