The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to the investment, construction, and operation of new energy projects. This role requires a deep understanding of contract law, risk management, and the renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities:

• Contract Drafting and Review:
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with suppliers, contractors, and clients.
• Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.

• Contract Management:

  • Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
  • Manage amendments, renewals, and terminations of contracts.

  • Risk Management:

    • Identify potential risks in contracts and propose mitigation strategies.
    • Ensure all contractual obligations are met to minimize risk to the company.

    • Compliance and Documentation:

      • Ensure all contracts are properly documented, stored, and easily accessible.
      • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

      • Dispute Resolution:

        • Address any disputes or issues arising from contract execution.
        • Negotiate resolutions to contractual disagreements, involving legal counsel when necessary.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, economics，or a related field. A Master’s degree or legal qualification is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management, preferably in the energy sector or construction industry.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of contract law, risk management, and industry-specific regulations related to new energy.
• Skills:
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • MUST BE GOOG AT ENGLISH
