a Translator/Assistant

to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

1. Responsible for answering the phone, taking messages, and transferring calls;
2. Responsible for the company’s express and fax records, receipt and delivery;
3. Responsible for the registration, reception, guidance and service of visitors;
4. Responsible for preparing attendance reports, summarizing attendance at the end of the month, and providing reliable basis for payroll accounting;
5. Responsible for the release and transmission of company documents, notices, notifications and other materials;
6. Responsible for meeting room layout and meeting preparation;
7. Responsible for documents entry, printing and other work of senior management;
8. Responsible for the maintenance and management of the environment, health and green plants in the office area;
9. Responsible for the procurement, distribution, registration and statistics of office supplies;
10. Responsible for the maintenance and management of fixed assets;
11. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Our expectations:

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than one year related work experience;
2. Lively personality, quick thinking, good at public relations outreach;
3. Proficient in office software and office automation equipment;
4. Work objectively, rigorous, steadfast and dedicated;
5. Have a good professional image and interpersonal communication and coordination skills;
6. Chinese at least level HSK4;
7. Good English skills.
