Country manager/Head of launching and managing online casino operations in the New market

We are looking for experienced specialist - Country manager -Head of launching and managing online casino operations in the New market

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in the position of Country manager years;
Experience in a high risk industry, payment systems
Proficiency in English at least at the Upper Intermediate level (B2)

Responsibilities:
1. Perform deep analyses of the market and adjust Business plan

2. Review the product, plan the product gap closing schedule

3. Set-up the project-team, discuss and agree the motivation

4. Manage all operations of the project, including - marketing, analytics, product, billing, support etc

5. Monitor daily indicators of project operation and timely fix and communicate any failures

6. Prepare set of Reports for monitoring

7. Develop strategic vision of the growth and functioning of the Project

KPIs:

1. GGR growth, marketing efficiency (CPA)

2. Breakeven date, profit margin after breakeven
