Hello! We are the Dopamine eSports Lounge team – a network of exclusive esports clubs. We create unique gaming environments where clients can enjoy the gaming experience. Our goal is to popularize esports and gaming as a form of leisure. We are looking for an SMM Manager to join our warm and friendly team. Your main task will be to create a strong emotional perception of our brand among the audience, attract new clients, and enhance the loyalty of the current ones. ❗️We are looking for candidates already located in the UAE. It’s great if:
⁃ You can generate and implement original ideas that grab the audience’s attention.
⁃ You know the specifics of each social network and can use this knowledge to show results in numbers.
⁃ You write compelling texts in English and can adapt them for each audience segment and social network.
⁃ You have a highly developed sense of taste and style, meaning your perfectionism and attention to detail won’t allow you to do things "poorly."
⁃ You possess graphic design skills and can work with applications for creating visuals.
⁃ Your communication skills enable you to effectively interact with the audience, maintain interest, and handle negativity.
⁃ You can effectively integrate the brand’s and founder’s values into the content and clearly convey them to the audience.
⁃ You can plan publications in advance and work within deadlines.
⁃ You regularly analyze statistics and identify successful and non-working strategies. What you’ll do:
⁃ Develop and implement a large number of content hypotheses.
⁃ Manage the project’s social networks – posting, working with comments, interacting with the audience, boosting activity, etc.
⁃ Attract bloggers and influencers.
⁃ Feel the trends at your fingertips and quickly adapt content strategies.
⁃ Manage reputation on social media – reviews, mentions, negativity, creating an emotional image.
⁃ Answer audience questions on social media.
