Evido Azerbaijan is a part of Evido group is a leading marketing company specializing in providing advanced and efficient marketing solutions across various platforms, including Meta, TikTok, and Telegram. We are dedicated to helping high-potential markets develop faster by adopting innovative strategies and solutions.

We are seeking a Support and Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic Client team in Azerbaijan.

It is an entry-level position.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and can effectively use our platforms and services.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their questions and resolving issues related to their campaigns and technical needs.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to help them maximize the effectiveness of their marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Solutions: Assist in implementing internal technical solutions to improve client experiences and campaign outcomes.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve our products and services based on client needs.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation and resources to support clients in using our platforms effectively.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Proficient in English (C1 level) and native or fluent in Azerbaijani.
  • Client Experience: Experience working with clients is required. Experience in the advertising sphere will be a significant plus.
  • Learning Ability: Willingness and ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to take responsibility for your work.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, to effectively convey ideas and solutions.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and improve their success.
  • Stress Management: Ability to manage stress and stay composed under pressure.
  • Proactivity: Demonstrated proactivity and ownership of tasks and projects.
