IPS Capital – is a new participant of the international financial market and is being created by a team of professionals with years of experience in leading financial companies in Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as regulatory work experience in the financial industry of Kazakhstan. The company specialize in the clients' individual wealth/portfolio management accounts, as well as collective investments management for both Professional and Retail clients under regulated activities of AIFC.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversight of compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, rules and industry guidance for AML;
• The day-to-day operations for compliance AML Policy, procedures, systems and controls;
• Maintain risk-based customer due diligence, identification, verification and know your customer (KYC) procedures;
• Responsible for reporting suspicious activity internally and to the relevant law enforcement authorities

Requirements:

• Higher education in law;
• AML qualification
• 3+ years’ experience in AML;
• English: intermediate level (speaking and writing)
