What Is The Opportunity:

As the Social Media Manager at our American office, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategies that engage our audience, collaborating with creative vendors to produce standout content, and driving social media efforts that will elevate our rapidly growing company. What You Will Be Doing:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement.
• Create and manage a detailed social media calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and foster positive interactions that build brand loyalty.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.
• Collaborate with vendors to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and other multimedia content that reflects our brand’s tone of voice.
• Audit the existing content on the company’s website for brand voice, relevance, and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media.

To Join Our Team:

• Prior experience in social media management, ideally in EdTech or Business Consulting, within the European, American, and/or Canadian markets.
• Expertise in developing and executing data-driven social media strategies.
• Proficiency in content creation, planning, and media scheduling.
• Strong understanding of social data, digital, and social analytics.
• Experience collaborating with external vendors.
• C1-C2 English proficiency.
