OpiniQ Ltd, a leading consulting firm specializing in professional services across diverse business sectors, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Incorporation Project Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities: - Leading the entire process for new projects, ensuring full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Collaboration closely with legal, finance, and compliance teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets for all projects.
- Coordination with external stakeholders, including legal advisors, government agencies, and vendors, to facilitate process effectively.
- Monitoring project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
- Providing guidance and support to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years as a Project Manager, preferably in the incorporation or legal sector.
- Understanding of corporate governance, legal compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Project management skills, including strategic planning, resource management, and risk assessment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software for planning and tracking project progress.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency Russian and English is a must
