Administrative Support: - Manage daily administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and handling mail and phone calls.
- Organize and maintain the department's filing system, including both electronic and paper documents.

Calendar Management: - Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel, and agendas for department heads and team members.
- Remind important meetings, deadlines, and events.

Communication Coordination: - Act as a liaison between the department and other departments or external contacts.
- Assist in handling internal and external communications, including drafting and sending emails, reports, and letters.

Financial and Budget Management: - Assist in managing the department's budget, tracking expenses and revenues.
- Handle invoices, reimbursements, and purchase orders.

Project Support: - Assist in project planning and execution, and prepare project reports and presentation materials.

Meeting and Event Organization: - Organize departmental meetings and events, including booking meeting rooms, preparing materials, and arranging catering.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.

Requirements: - excellent english ability
- bachelor degree or above
- good communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Terms: - if know CAD or have experience in power related company will have priority
