NovaKid is a fast growing online English school for 4-12 year olds. We are on a mission to create the best in the world online education platform for children. Today, we have over 80,000 students in more than 40 countries supported by 2,500 native speaking teachers.

We are looking for an exceptional product analyst with a strong B2C background who can apply his/her extensive knowledge and experience to help grow our business.

You will:
• Become an integral part of of the product team and support it with data-driven insights and decisions
• Be an advocate of the quality data collection and contribute to technical decisions and solutions to ensure that
• Develop and maintain insights dashboards and metrics systems
• Perform ad hoc data analysis as required by your team and wider organisation

You have:
• 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a product focused organisation
• Deep understanding of product and business metrics
• Excellent knowledge and and hands-on experience with A/B tests
• Experience working with relational and column databases (we are using Postgres and Google BigQuery)
• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Experience with BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, PowerBI, Metabase (we use Metabase + Grafana)
• Good understanding of statistical methods and data analysis
• Excellent presentation skills
• Fluent English (B2 is the minimum)

Preferably:
• Relevant degree;
• Knowledge of Python and the corresponding frameworks for working with data
• Experience with DBT
• Data engineering skills
