Описание:	Обязанности Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct thorough analyses of complex data sets to uncover patterns, trends, and insights related to driver behavior and market dynamics. Use predictive analytics to forecast trends and model the potential impact of new strategies. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making. Strategic Insight Development: Collaborate with team leaders to develop and refine acquisition and retention strategies based on analytical findings. Communicate complex analytical results clearly and effectively to non-technical team members and stakeholders. Ensure that data insights are actionable and understood across departments. Process Optimization: Identify and implement enhancements to data collection, processing, and analysis processes. Work to streamline data workflows and improve the efficiency and accuracy of our analytical outputs. Требования At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably with experience in the transportation, logistics, or ride-hailing industries, with a strong understanding of driver behavior analytics and market dynamics. Advanced skills in SQL, Python. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau is a plus. Expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and data mining. Proficient in designing and interpreting A/B testing and multivariate experiments. Strong ability to effectively communicate complex analytical concepts and results to a diverse audience in clear, fluent English (B2+ minimum) Условия Health insurance with oncology coverage and life insurance included.
