We are a rapidly growing automotive company specializing in selling pre-owned cars in great condition and with exciting prices.
We have 2 locations in Chicago with over 250 cars

We are looking for a person who will join us as a permanent team member and will help us with the following.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accelerate Sales Growth:

You will come up with and use advanced sales strategies to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth and identify and capitalize on new market opportunities.

Personal sales are a part of the position.

  • Build a customer experience to remember:

Provide top-tier customer service by promptly handling all incoming calls and inquiries. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

  • Innovative Marketing:

Develop and implement compelling marketing campaigns across our website and other digital platforms. Analyze market trends to position our vehicles effectively and attract a high volume of qualified leads.

  • Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team on locations to ensure a smooth transition of customers from online interactions to in-person experiences and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a high-performance culture.

Expected Results:

  • Sales Performance:

    • Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
    • Increase the conversion rate of inquiries to sales by a defined percentage.
  • Customer Satisfaction:

    • Maintain a high customer satisfaction score, leading to positive reviews, higher quality standards, and increased referrals
  • Marketing Impact:

    • Boost website traffic and engagement metrics through effective campaigns.
    • Increase lead generation by a certain percentage through targeted marketing efforts.

  • Proven Sales Expertise:

    • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in the automotive industry or a related field. Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Fluent in written and verbal Englis

  • Strong Organizational Abilities

  • Marketing Savvy:

    • Experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
  • Automotive Knowledge and passion for cars and our industr

    • Ability to lead and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

Working Hours (Chicago Time Zone):

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
