​​​​​​​1. Responsible for the company's overall accounting work, to ensure that all accounting procedures comply with national laws and regulations and international accounting standards.
2. Supervise daily accounting operations, including but not limited to book records, financial statement preparation, cost accounting, budget preparation, etc.
3. Review the original documents to ensure the authenticity, legality and accuracy of all financial transactions.
4. Manage and maintain the company's internal financial control system to prevent financial risks.
5. Assist in financial analysis and provide financial data and suggestions for management decision-making.
6. Guide and train accounting team members to improve their professional ability and work efficiency.
7. Responsible for tax declaration and planning, rational use of preferential tax policies and control of tax risks.
8. Follow up the latest changes in accounting standards and timely adjust the company's accounting policies and procedures.
9. Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, fund flow management and cost control.

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, accounting, financial management, economics and other related majors.
2. Language: proficient in Russian or UZ, English ability is preferred.
3. Experience: at least 5 years accounting work experience, with automotive or passenger car industry experience is preferred.
4. knowledge: familiar with local and international accounting standards, with good financial analysis ability.
5. Skills: Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, problem solving skills and decision-making skills.
6. Computer skills: proficient in financial software and MS Office suite.
