We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Technical Manager to lead the technical part of our digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical expertise, excellent project management skills, and a passion for implementing cutting-edge technologies. Proven experience in a technical role with successful management of digital projects. What are you going to do: - Strategy development and implementation. Creating strategies for digital product development, defining goals and success metrics.
- Ensuring seamless technical operations (updating SDKs, etc.).
- Project management. Planning, organizing, and controlling projects (implementing SKAN4.0, etc.).
- Team management. Leading and motivating developers, designers, and other specialists.
- Technical leadership. Evaluating technical solutions, supporting the team in product development and implementation.
- Quality control. Ensuring high-quality development and functioning of digital products (to prevent any downtime).
- Data analysis. Using analytical tools to collect and analyze data about the product, user behavior, and market.
- Implementation of new technologies. Studying and implementing new technologies and innovations.
- Collaboration with other departments. Interacting with marketing, development, analytics, and other departments to achieve common goals.
- Training and development. Providing professional development opportunities for team members, conducting training sessions and workshops (monthly digests, industry news, their impact on us, what we will do).
- Compliance with security and confidentiality standards. Ensuring compliance with all necessary security and data protection standards.

- English level: B2 and above.
- Extensive expertise in app promotion to global markets.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, DV360, Firebase, AppsFlyer.
- The ability to work in a team and reliability.
- Very good multitasking skills.
- Ability to converse and translate between technical and non-technical teams and create high quality written documentation.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, ensuring technical work aligns with the performance strategy.
- Strong commercial and operational mind set, constantly focussed on delivering value to customers.
- Highly analytical and numerate with the ability to convert analysis into tangible business benefits.
- Data driven approach with a strong understanding of digital consumers.
