| Описание: | Responsibilities:- Assist in managing marketing channels, optimizing and managing multiple digital marketing channels, and analyzing data and metrics, monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, and using data-driven insights to optimize strategies;
- Maintain an understanding of digital marketing trends and technologies and utilize emerging tools and methods to improve marketing effectiveness;
- Improve the user experience of websites and other digital channels, improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction, optimize search engine rankings, and manage paid advertising campaigns to increase brand exposure and traffic;
- Develop content strategies and plans to identify target audiences and content themes. Plan content release calendars to ensure content is published on time and in line with business objectives;
- Write and edit various types of content such as articles, blogs, social media posts, press releases and reports;
- Use SEO technology to improve search ranking and visibility of content. Adjust content strategy based on analysis data to optimize content effect;
- Responsible for publishing and managing content to ensure consistency across platforms. Address issues in the content management system.
Requirements:First, education requirements: undergraduate and above, marketing, international trade, business administration, business or automotive professional priority.
Second, work experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, car 4S shop operation and management work experience can be appropriately relaxed and prioritized.
Skills: 1, familiar with the Uz automotive market and dealer network. 2, understand the development of the Uz automobile market trend. 3, proficient in office software (such as Excel, Word) 4, good English, Russian/UZ literacy, if you have Chinese experience can be appropriately relaxed.
Fourth, other requirements: 1, excellent communication ability and coordination ability, can effectively handle dealer related matters. 2, understand the basic knowledge of international trade and Ouse automotive industry policy, can quickly adapt to changing regulations and requirements. 3, meticulous and have good organizational ability, can effectively complete cross-departmental collaborative work. 4, with a strong ability to analyze and solve problems, to maintain efficient work under pressure. 6, able to adapt to the fast-paced working environment, and play a role in teamwork.
