We are launching 2 new gambling products and looking for a CRM manager.
These products are focused on Europe region. One project is focused on cryptocurrency, the other on fiat. The projects are made on Softgamings and Boomaff platforms.
It is important for us to know English, the project team speaks only English.
Key Responsibilities:
- This person should be fully responsible for retention on our project;
- Planning and designing regular email communications;
- Assigning tasks to designers to create and design banners/promos
- Creating and setting up long-lasting trigger campaigns for different segments;
- Come up with bonus promotions, writing terms and conditions, making special promo content;
- Monitor main metrics (NGR/GGR, dep amount, OR/CR, retention/churn rate for all geo).
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in CRM management;
- Must be familiar with casino backend softwares;
- Advanced English skills for communication with an international team.
