Because of the continuous development ORAC Russia is hiring Logistics Specialist Tasks: - Transport and warehouse logistics strategy delivery
- Daily contribution to achive targeted OTIF
- Cooperation with 3PL providers incl SLA and KPIs control
- Contracts and claims management
- Replenishment of external warehouses with finished goods of the company
- Transport PO management
- Participation in reqular stock checks
- Accounting dosc and invoices control
- Business processes development and improvement
- Masterdata management.
Your Profile: - Relevant experience in transport and warehouse logistics of 3+ years, preferably in international companies
- Intermediate English
- Negotiation skills
- Understanding of primary transport and accounting document flow
- Knowledge of fulfilment, first and last mile logistics, cross-docking, 3PL providers relationship management
- Knowledge of the basics of financial management and the impact of logistics on the company’s financial results
- Knowledge of 1C ERP
- Knowledge of Russian transport legislation
- Knowledge of Incoterms, foreign trade activities, customs formalities process is a plus
- Experience with TMS is a plus
- Skills in preparing presentations for management.
