We offer a wide range of services to our clients, including property sales, rentals, property management, construction, and other related services. Currently, we are looking for a dedicated and highly organized Рersonal Assistant to support the CEO of bbf:

This unique role requires managing both business and family-related tasks, with responsibilities evenly split between professional and personal support. The ideal Candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This position requires fluency in English and Russian, with Greek being highly beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend board meetings alongside the CEO, take accurate meeting minutes, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  • Follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed.
  • Manage the CEO’s international calendar, coordinating and scheduling meetings with clients and business partners across multiple time zones.
  • Arrange and coordinate business meetings, including logistics, preparation of materials, and follow-up communications.
  • Handle international travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Manage the CEO’s personal appointments and family-related scheduling.
  • Organize and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and family.
  • Handle administrative tasks for family matters, including coordination of the household, and kindergartens and schools for the CEO’s children.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proved experience as a Personal assistant to a CEO or senior executive, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Fluency in English and Russian is required; proficiency in Greek is highly beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with international travel arrangements and calendar management.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information with discretion at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks, while being adaptable to changing schedules and demands.
