Education / Experience requirements to candidates:

• Hotel and Call center Experience is preferable
• Strong leadership and teambuilding skills
• Natural hospitality and people oriented
• Knowledge of telephone courtesy
• Fluent English

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls,direct them to guest rooms or to hotel departments
• Take and distribute messages for guests
• Provide information on guest services, answer queries about hotel events
• In charge of foreign guests's registration with migration authorities
