- Frequent contact with the founder in addition to the CEO
- Serving as the CEO's trusted aide and second-in-command, to increase the level of deliveries (performance and efficiency) of the whole company
- Lead teams with critical thinking and a systemic approach
- Improve processes and manage high-level projects
If you are:
- Interested in taking maximum responsibility and bringing complex tasks to the result
- Exceeding expectations (like to solve more complicated tasks - not afraid of difficulties)
- Like to dive into details, find weak areas and improve everything around (processes, products, people)
- Language: Russian native, English proficiency (C1)—close to native
- Excellent Academic Achievements (Olympiads, Case Challenges, Hackathons, Honors, Competitions)
- Experience in reporting to the founder and direct communication with C-level stakeholders
