Our Partner company, specializing in high-frequency trading in Georgia (Tbilisi), is looking for a bold, mature, and experienced COO to bring organization and leadership.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, including HR, admin, legal and office management.
- Direct communication/ reporting to the Founder and C-suite on strategic goals.

Challenge: Moving the Georgian office and employees to Portugal (calculate, plan, organize, provide everything for people)

Requirements:

- Russian native, English fluency (C1)- сlose to native.
- Excellent Academic Achievements (Olympiads, Case Challenges, Hackathons, Honors, Competitions)
- Proven operational management and team leadership.
- Experience working with Founders and C-levels.

Location: Georgia, with plans to relocate to Portugal.
