KPMG is currently seeking a Hotline specialist to join our GRCS&ORS team.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls;
• Being able to handle calls in a pressure environment;
• Being able to maintain confidentiality of the valuable information;
• Should be capable of handling issues and complaints with providing solutions.

Requirements:

• Higher education, desirably in linguistic;
• Fluent English/Russian/Kazakh;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Always provide information in an efficient and accurate manner;
• Being able to manage heavy calls flow;
• Professional phone etiquette, sensitivity and tact;
• Being able to work independently;
• Being able to deal with all types of people.
