Leverage existing industry relationships and build new connections to attract new clients. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals. close collaboration with the executive team. Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Manage and mentor lead generation team, setting clear objectives and performance expectations. Represent the company at industry events.
