JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Define the long term strategy to build a sustainable online business, based on local ecommerce market dynamics and Sneakerbox group principles
• Lead the development and execution of E-commerce strategy. Overall online Sales business channels strategy by developing annual specific plans to deliver online channel growth
• Initiate implementing and developing all e-commerce business related systems and platforms such as customization, hybrid app, market place expansion , online, mobile to ensure meeting company business needs
• Plan and implement digital marketing campaigns
• Analyze online sales performance and develop strategies to achieve targets
• Take accountability for the P&L for online revenue generation
• Own, drive and track the relevant target(s), including overall performance and planned sales volumes (annual, monthly, etc)
• Analyze user feedback and data to enhance customer experience.
• Increase efficiency and optimize E-commerce operational processes.
• Manage and support the performance of the E-commerce team.
• Regularly report to top management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure E-commerce projects are executed within budget and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of E-commerce management experience, preferably in a large-scale retail company.
• Strong knowledge of developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
• Analytical skills to monitor and report online sales performance.
• Ability to devise creative solutions to enhance customer experience.
• Aptitude for optimizing business processes by staying updated on E-commerce trends.
• Experience with E-commerce platforms and management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with high motivation and effective communication abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking skills for problem-solving and decision-making
