Business Development Manager in IRIS approaches potential clients all over the world, attends international conferences and presents IRIS' services as of a performance marketing agency. Salary of BD (Sales) Manager consists of the fixed part (500-800$ net, depending on experience) PLUS bonus part (% from GP from the clients you've brought, during first 6 months of working with them). Therefore, we're looking for the self-serviced person, result-oriented and money-driven. Relevant experience is mandatory. Together with really good level of English. We are waiting for you. ;)

Requirements

• Higher education.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• English B2/C1/C2.

• Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• Dedication to providing great customer service.

• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively in any type of conversation.

Responsibilities

• Meeting planned sales goals.

• Participation in client calls, tickets, emails and live chat.

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
