What You Will Do:
We are seeking a Platform Success Strategist who will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and ongoing support of Google Marketing Platform tools and Amazon DSP. You will work closely with both various business units and clients and define strategies, processes, and reporting frameworks to ensure platform success.
Principal Duties:
- troubleshooting complex issues with DELVE’s partners, Google and Amazon
- ensuring fulfillment of support obligations and SLA to licensed clients
- planning, preparing, and delivering training sessions to clients and internal teams
- conducting ad hoc online meetings with licensed clients
- creating technical content pieces tailored to clients’ and internal teams’ needs
- overseeing and handling support tickets from both clients and internal teams
- collaborating with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer service in various projects
- mentoring interns and junior peers
- documenting and ensuring compliance with internal and cross-departmental processes

What You Bring:
- Strong English communication skills (B2 or higher)
- You have a good technical and strategic understanding of the Google Marketing Platform (Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Search Ads 360)/Google Ads
- 3+ years of experience with the Google Marketing Platform/Google Ads
- ability to lead complex, cross-functional problem-solving initiatives
- strong client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills
- exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Additional experience / skills (optional):
- Knowledge Google Analytics 4 is a big plus
- Knowledge of DSPs & Ad Servers other than DV360 and CM360 is a plus
- Working with cross-functional projects in ClickUp, Wrike, and / or other project management tools
- Digital agency (ideally, technical support) background
