AUT is looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Enrollment Advisor to join our sales team. The elected candidate must be responsible as at first duty, to reach the goals and sales objectives. To build relationships with clients and persuade others to enroll in the university. Other responsibilities include: · Achieve your daily, weekly, and monthly sales goal (enrollments) reaching the established conversion rates · Formalize new students’ enrollment · Attend appointments and provide information to those interested in undergraduate or postgraduate careers · If necessary, create calls appointments · Follow up on the assigned database through telephone calls · Accompany the applicant throughout their admission process (registration, exam, interview, payments) and follow up on each case individually · Management of the commercial CRM (typing, reports, panels) · Complete the delivery of the students file with the company requirements on the established times |
